Sean is the founder of eSynergy a Design Engineer with an LLB in Law. The group of companies he has since developed, and heads as CEO, having won many recycling industry awards over the past 3 years, and he was himself awarded Entrepreneur of the Year at the Leicestershire Mercury Awards 2018.
Sean’s career began with a focus on innovation, starting out as an engineer at a biomechanical engineering firm. He soon found himself involved in some high profile research and development projects involving innovative and specialised implant systems, many of which have been successfully patented and marketed by large multinational firms such as DePuy Synthese (Johnson & Johnson) and Small Bone Innovations (SBi).
Sean is member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. He is also a registered Environmental Auditor, taking a keen interest in the national e-waste evidence trading system. He is a Law graduate and has written several papers on EU waste shipment regulations and the Basel Convention.
Kevin has worked, on a consulting basis, nationally and internationally on the waste and sustainability agenda for about 30 years. Some notable projects are:
Kevin is an F-gas engineer with an MSc. in Ecology and an MA in Environmental Management, focusing on European legislation development and state regulation. Kevin is also a qualified Safety Manager (IOSH), Technically Competent Waste Manager, an IEMA registered advanced External Auditor for Environmental Management Systems and qualified to teach at tertiary level.
With over 15 years experience in the waste management sector and a wealth of experience with firms such as ESS and FCC environment, Georgina delivers a hassle free point of contact for our growing client base. With a savvy commercial mind Georgina is able to identify areas of opportunity and synergy for our clients and is able to package the very best commercial arrangement to suit their needs.
A finance and accounting graduate, Olivia came to eSynergy with a wealth of experience in business administration and accounting. Her experience in sectors with high volume data management requirements has brought a keen focus on audit trail integrity to eSynergy. Olivia has introduced many robust financial procedures to our operations at eSynergy and always enthusiastically engages with clients to implement the most streamlined reporting processes.
Justin is a member of IMechE with 30 years experience of process engineering which he brought to the task of integrating the advanced mechanical and thermal processes at eSynergy Recycling. He has been responsible for developing the plants sophisticated preventative maintenance regimes achieving high levels of plant availability with impressive productivity in terms of throughput and materials quality.
Grace has a long history in customer service management and retail management, before studying waste management legislation and joining the eSynergy team. Whilst working with eSynergy, Grace has been keen to learn more in customer relations management and account management. She has a drive and passion for providing an excellent service within the waste industry. She has a keen interest in equestrian activities and ecology.
Jason is a technically competent and experienced transport and logistics manager. Jason has experience providing supply chain management services to large blue chip supermarket chains such as ASDA. Always putting the client’s operational needs first, he ensures reliability is ensured in one of the most crucial areas of any waste management business.
